Here's a very nice and clean Squier Deluxe Hot Rails Stratocaster finished in clean Black finish w/ Maple Neck, Rosewood Fretboard all capped off with Parchment 3-Ply Pickguard. This guitar plays absolutely wonderfully and sounds just as nice. The set of Duncan Designed HR-101 have a very full sound in all positions.
The pickups are selected by a 5-way Blade, and are controlled by a master volume and two independent tone controls for the neck and middle pickups - all like a traditional Stratocaster.
The action is low and comfortable and with virtually zero fret wear. The neck is straight and the truss rod functions properly.
The paint is clean and free of any wear but does show some minor finish flaws that can only be seen at certain angles - otherwise exceptionally clean.
