2. Bridge & Middle Pickups in Parallel (Hum Canceling) #2 Tone
3. Middle Pickup - #2 Tone Control
4. Middle & Neck Pickups in Parallel (Hum Cancelling) - Both Tone Controls
5. Neck Pickup - #1 Tone Control

Comes Complete with one of my Pre-Wired Switchcraft #11 Output Jacks for easy installation.
